摘 要:采用氮化硼(BN)、氧化铝(Al_(2)O_(3))和硅微粉三种导热粒子进行两两混杂和三元混杂,加入到低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)中进行熔融共混制备复合材料,研究不同的导热粒子混杂体系对LDPE的导热性能、流变性能、力学性能、绝缘性能和热性能的影响。结果表明,LDPE中加入10份BN和10份硅微粉复合体系的复数黏度最高、大分子链松弛过程更加复杂,综合性能最优,与LDPE相比,复合体系热导率为0.58 W/(m·K),提高了26.09%,绝缘性良好,拉伸强度未降低,为10.50 MPa,弯曲强度为11.96 MPa,提高了26.60%,断裂伸长率和冲击强度均降低,结晶能力提高,同时结晶完善程度降低,复合材料保持较好的耐热性。Three thermal conductive particles,such as,boron nitride(BN),alumina(Al_(2)O_(3))and silicon powder were binary mixed and ternary mixed,respectively.Then the hybrid particles were added into low density polyethylene(LDPE)by melt blending in the preparation of the composites.The effects of different hybrid particles mixed system on the thermal conductivity,rheological properties,mechanical properties,insulation performance and thermal performance of LDPE were investigated.The results show that the composite system with 10 phr BN and 10 phr silicon powder in LDPE has the highest composite viscosity,more complex macromolecular chain relaxation process,and the best comprehensive performance.Comparing with LDPE,the thermal conductivity of the composite system is 0.58 W/(m·K),which is 26.09% higher than that of LDPE.The insulation is good,and the tensile strength is 10.50 MPa,which is not decreased.The flexural strength is 11.96 MPa,which has increased by 26.60%.The elongation at break and the impact strength are reduced.The crystallization ability of LDPE is improved,but the crystallization becomes imperfect.Moreover,the composite maintains good heat resistance.
