摘  要:分别采用端羟基聚丁二烯丙烯腈(HTBN)、经水解改性的端羟基聚丁二烯-丙烯腈共聚物(h-HTBN)、聚乙二醇(PEG)与不同扩链剂反应,并填充不同导电填料[多壁碳纳米管(MWCNT)、羟基碳纳米管(MWCNT-OH)、羧基碳纳米管(MWCNT-COOH)],制备了一系列的多壁碳纳米管/聚氨酯(MWCNT/PU)复合导电膜。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对其微观结构和分散性进行了研究。并通过气敏性响应性测量,对比了所制备的复合导电膜对苯、无水乙醚、氯仿三种有机溶剂蒸气中的气敏响应性。结果表明,以h-HTBN为软段、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)为扩链剂,填充MWCNT-OH时制得的导电复合材料表现出了良好的分散性及气敏响应性,具有很好的开发前景。A series of multi walled carbon nanotube/polyurethane(MWCNT/PU)composite conductive films were prepared by reacting hydroxyl terminated polybutadiene acrylonitrile(HTBN),hydrolytically modified hydroxyl terminated polybutadiene acrylonitrile copolymer(h-HTBN)and polyethylene glycol(PEG)with different chain extenders and filling with different conductive fillers[multi walled carbon nanotube(MWCNT),hydroxyl carbon nanotube(MWCNT-OH)and carboxyl carbon nanotube(MWCNT-COOH)].The microstructure and dispersion were studied by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The gas sensitivity response of the prepared composite conductive film to benzene,anhydrous ether and chloroform was compared by measuring the gas sensitivity response.The results show that the conductive composites prepared by filling MWCNT-OH with h-HTBN as soft segment and 1,4-butanediol(BDO)as chain extender show good dispersion and gas sensing response,and have a good development prospect.
