摘 要:通过选择性激光烧结(SLS)技术制备炭黑/聚醚砜(CB/PES)复合粉末激光烧结件,研究激光功率对CB/PES激光烧结件成型性能和力学性能的影响。研究表明,随着激光功率的增大,CB/PES激光烧结件的拉伸强度与弯曲强度先增大后减小,激光功率为18 W时,CB/PES激光烧结件的拉伸强度和弯曲强度最大。激光功率为9 W时,CB/PES激光烧结件层间分离,随着激光功率的增大,CB/PES激光烧结件颜色逐渐变深且表面逐渐粗糙,激光功率为20 W时,CB/PES激光烧结件次级烧结现象严重且呈“橘皮式”表面。Carbon black/polyethersulfone resin(CB/PES)composite powder laser sintered parts were prepared by selective laser sintering(SLS)technology.The effect of laser power on mechanical properties and formability of CB/PES laser sintered parts were studied.The results show that with the increase of laser power,the tensile strength and bending strength of CB/PES laser sintered parts increase and then decrease.When the laser power is 18 W,the tensile strength and bending strength of CB/PES laser sintered parts reach the maximum.When the laser power is 9 W,the layers of CB/PES laser sintered parts are separated.With the increase of laser power,the color of CB/PES laser sintered parts gradually becomes darker and the surface becomes rougher.When the laser power is 20 W,the secondary sintering phenomenon of CB/PES laser sintered parts is serious and the surface is“orange peel”like.
