摘  要:通过拉挤成型可以得到高纤维含量的连续玻璃纤维增强的聚氨酯复合材料,由于拉挤成型生产速度快,聚氨酯固化不完全,聚氨酯分子链在定向排布的玻璃纤维界面处的损耗显著,从而影响玻璃纤维增强聚氨酯复合材料的综合性能。对拉挤成型制备的连续玻璃纤维/聚氨酯复合材料进行不同的后处理,分析后处理工艺对复合材料结构和性能的影响。根据优化后的工艺,对具有厚壁结构的连续玻璃纤维/聚氨酯鱼尾板进行后处理,在130℃热处理4 h后,鱼尾板样品的弯曲强度提高了20%。通过动态力学分析比较了热处理对拉挤成型厚壁件表层和芯层的不同影响,探究了聚氨酯结构以及与玻璃纤维的界面相互作用,为提高玻璃纤维/聚氨酯拉挤制件的性能提供理论依据。Continuous glass fiber reinforced polyurethane composites with high fiber content could be obtained by pultrusion.Due to the high speed of pultrusion and incomplete curing of polyurethane, the loss of polyurethane molecular chains at the oriented glass fiber interface was still relatively significant, thus affecting the comprehensive properties of glass fiber reinforced polyurethane composites.Different post-treatments were performed on the continuous glass fiber/polyurethane composites prepared by pultrusion, and the effects of post-treatment processes on the structure and properties of the composites were analyzed.According to the optimized process, the continuous glass fiber/polyurethane fishplate with thick-walled structure was post-treated.After heat treatment at 130 ℃ for 4 hours, the flexural strength of the fishplate sample is increased by 20%.The different effects of heat treatment on the surface and core layers of pultruded thick-walled parts are compared through dynamic mechanical analysis, and the polyurethane structure and the interfacial interaction with glass fibers are explored, providing a theoretical basis for improving the performance of glass fiber/polyurethane pultruded parts.
