摘　　要：ISO 294-1:2017《热塑性塑料材料的注塑试样制备第1部分:一般原理及多用途试样和长条试样的制备》是该标准的第2版,其主要技术变更是增加了关于注塑机操作参数的附录以提高方法的重复性和再现性。本文将高分子材料的结构和性能特点和注塑工艺相结合,突出注塑试样制备与制品制备方法的目的性差异,对标准中的术语和注塑机操作参数的技术内容进行分析。同时明确注塑参数的设定原则、建立部分注塑参数之间的相互关系。ISO 294-1:2017 Plastics—Injection moulding of test specimens of thermoplastic materials—Part 1:General principles,and moulding of multipurpose and bar test specimens was the second edition.The main technical change was to add an appendix about the operating parameters of injection molding machines to improve the repeatability and reproducibility of the method.The structural and performance characteristics of polymer materials with injection molding process were combined,the purposeful differences between injection specimens preparation and product preparation methods were highlighted,and the technical contents of terms and operating parameters of injection molding machine in the standard were analyzed.At the same time,the setting principle of injection molding parameters was clarified and the relationship between some injection moulding parameters was established.
