摘  要:向聚氨酯(PU)增韧环氧树脂(EP)复合体系中加入不同添加量的石墨制备复合材料,研究不同添加量的石墨在EP复合体系中的分散情况以及对复合体系的流变性能、热性能、电性能、冲击性能和阻燃性能的影响。结果表明,低添加量下石墨分散均匀,超过10%出现明显的团聚体,超过15%后,复合体系的黏度大幅度提高,在添加量为20%时,复合体系达到凝胶点时间最短为3500 s,各体系的储能模量与损耗模量均提高,对剪切作用具有更强的黏弹响应性。当石墨添加量20%时,玻璃化转变温度最高增大13.4℃,体积电阻率最高下降达89.7%,但仍在10^(13)Ω·cm以上,满足绝缘要求。石墨添加后降低了EP复合体系的冲击强度,当石墨添加量为10%及以上时,各复合体系的热释放速率(HRR)峰值和总热释放量(THR)明显下降,提高了EP复合体系的阻燃性能。Polyurethane(PU)toughened epoxy resin(EP)composite system was prepared by adding different amounts of graphite.The dispersion of graphite in EP composite system was studied.The effects of graphite contents on rheological properties,thermal properties,electrical properties,impact strength and flame retardant properties of the composite system were studied.The results show that the graphite is dispersed evenly in the EP composite system when the graphite content is low.The graphite aggregates are emerged when the graphite content exceeds 10%.The viscosity of the compound system is greatly improved when the graphite content exceeds 15%.When the graphite content is 20%,the composite system achieves the shortest gel point of 3500 s.The storage modulus and loss modulus increase with the addition of graphite,which shows that the viscoelastic responsiveness upon the shearing action is enhanced.When the content of graphite is 20%,the glass transition temperature increases the highest by 13.4℃ and the volume resistivity decreases the highest by 89.7%,but it is still above 10^(13)Ω·cm,which meets the insulation requirements.The impact strength of EP composite system is reduced with the addition of graphite.When the graphite content is 10% or more,the peak value of heat release rate(HRR)and total heat release(THR)of the composite system decreases obviously,which improves the flame retardancy of EP composite system.
