摘  要:基于导电炭黑为填料、乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯共聚物为基体,采用熔融挤出法制备高压电缆半导电屏蔽料,研究了导电炭黑用量对半导电屏蔽料的微观结构、电性能、力学性能和流变性能的影响。结果表明,半导电屏蔽料的结构和性能与导电炭黑的分散分布状态密切相关,且当导电炭黑用量为35%时,半导电屏蔽料具有优异的综合性能,拉伸强度为17.2 MPa,断裂伸长率为167.7%,23℃和90℃体积电阻率分别为10.4和180.4Ω·cm。此外,对比分析35%CB半导电屏蔽料与进口同类产品的结构与性能差异。结果表明配方料和公司料均具备脂肪烃和脂肪族醋酸酯的结构特征,并且体积电阻率和力学性能也相当。Taking conductive carbon black as filler and ethylene-butyl acrylate copolymer as matrix,the semi-conductive shielding materials were prepared by the melt extrusion method.The effects of the amount of carbon black on the microstructure,electrical,mechanical properties and rheological properties of the semi-conductive shielding materials were studied.The research results show that the structure and performance of the semi-conductive shielding material are closely related to the dispersion and distribution of carbon black,and when the amount of carbon black is 35%,the semi-conductive shielding materials has excellent comprehensive performance,the tensile strength is 17.2 MPa,the elongation at break is 167.7%,and the electrical resistivities at 23℃ and 90℃ are 10.4 and 180.4Ω·cm,respectively.In addition,the structure and performance difference between the semi-conductive shielding materials developed and imported similar products are compared and analyzed.The results show that both the formula materials and the company materials have the structural characteristics of aliphatic hydrocarbons and aliphatic acetates,and the electrical resistivity and mechanical properties are also equivalent.
