摘 要:准确预测多楔带附件驱动系统的动态响应对系统的开发设计具有重要的意义,而传统的计算方法存在计算精度偏低,或者计算效率低的缺点。考虑了张紧器的非线性迟滞特性,建立了三轮多楔带附件驱动系统的时域模型和频域模型,采用谐波平衡法-时频域切换技术(HB-AFT),求解了三轮多楔带附件驱动系统的动态响应。计算结果表明:与传统的数值迭代法相比,HB-AFT法具有高精度和高效率的特点。Having simple structures and low manufacturing costs,serpentine belt drive systems have been widely.Due to the torsional vibration of driving pulley,there are various vibration in serpentine belt drive systems,such as the rotational speed fluctuation of driven pulleys and the oscillation of the tensioner arm.Excessive vibration in the system will not only reduce the NVH performance of the system,but also reduce the life of components.Hence,accurately predicting the dynamic response of serpentine belt drive systems is of great significance to the development and design of the system.However,in the previous calculation,the hysteresis characteristic of tensioner is usually ignored,resulting in low calculation accuracy.When the hysteresis of tensioner are modeled,the iterative algorithm needs to be used for calculation,which is inefficient.In order to improve the calculation accuracy and efficiency of the dynamic response of serpentine belt drive systems,the time domain model and frequency domain model of a three-pulley serpentine belt drive system are established first,and the hysteresis characteristics of tensioner is described by Masing model.Then the principle of Harmonic balance and alternating frequency/time domain(HB-AFT)method is derived in detail,and the calculation flow chart is given.According to the model of three-pulley serpentine belt drive system proposed in this paper and the HB-AFT method,the dynamic response of three-pulley serpentine belt drive system is solved.The calculation difference between HB-AFT method and the traditional numerical iteration method is less than 1%,but the calculation speed of HB-AFT method is increased by 40 times,which shows that the HB-AFT method has the characteristics of high calculation precision and efficiency in calculating the dynamic response of three-pulley serpentine belt drive system.Finally,the influence of truncation order on the calculation accuracy and efficiency of HB-AFT method is analyzed.The analysis results show that when the truncation order is five,HB-
