摘　　要：解决商业中心区“停车难”问题,需要研究商业中心区的驾驶人停车选择行为。基于前景理论,构建了商业中心区驾驶人停车选择模型。通过对重庆南坪万达周边地区的数据进行回归统计分析确定了参照点,构建了影响驾驶人停车选择主要因素的价值函数以及概率权重函数,计算得到行程时间、步行时间、停车费率的前景值。利用熵权法确定各因素的权重并计算得到各停车方案的综合值。最终将模型计算结果和现状进行比较,验证模型的有效性。To solve the problem of“Parking Difficulty”in the commercial center,the parking choice behavior of drivers in the commercial center needs to be studied.A parking choice model for drivers in the commercial center area is constructed based on the prospect theory.The reference points are determined by statistical regression analysis of data from the area around Wanda in Nanping,Chongqing,and the value function and probability weight function of the main factors affecting drivers’parking choices are constructed,and the prospective values of travel time,walking time and parking rate are calculated.It utilizes the entropy weight method(EWM)to determine the weights of each factor and calculates to obtain the combined value of each parking scheme.Finally,the model calculation results are compared with the current situation to verify the model’s validity.
