摘　　要：目的探讨经导管超选动脉介入化疗及栓塞肿瘤血管治疗胃癌患者的安全性及有效性研究。方法回顾性分析从2017年1月至2020年1月该科行经导管超选动脉化疗及栓塞肿瘤血管的进展期胃癌病例共80例,统计分析动脉介入化疗手术时间、临床症状、实验室相关指标、肿瘤影像学指标、并发症、生存时间等。结果80例动脉介入手术后,患者临床症状减轻,肿瘤退缩,术后并发穿孔1例,1年生存率为82.5%,暂无中位生存时间。结论经导管超选动脉介入化疗及栓塞肿瘤血管应用于进展期胃癌患者安全有效,为后期行根治性手术治疗奠定基础,进一步提高了进展期胃癌患者生存率。Objective The purpose of this study was to explore the safety and effectiveness of gastric transcatheter chemoembolization in treating advanced gastric cancer patients.Methods From January 2017 to January 2020,a total of 80 patients with advanced gastric cancer who underwent gastric transcatheter chemoembolization were retrospectively analyzed.Operative time,clinical symptoms,laboratory related indicators,tumor imaging indicators,complications,and survival time of interventional chemotherapy were statistically analyzed.Results After gastric transcatheter chemoembolization,the clinical symptoms of the 80 patients were reduced.The tumor shrank,and there is 1 case of perforation.Until December 9,2020,there is no median survival time.The one-year survival rate is 82.5%.Conclusion Gastric transcatheter chemoembolization are safe and effective for patients with advanced gastric cancer,and can lay the foundation for the next surgical treatment.The survival rate of gastric cancer patients during the progress phase are greatly improved.
