摘  要:草莓是世界公认的健康水果,作为一种老少皆宜的食物,其不仅富含矿物质、维生素、膳食纤维等营养物质,还含有花青素、类黄酮、鞣花丹宁等生物活性物质。作为一种天然抗炎、抗氧化水果,具有很好的医药开发潜力。本文综述草莓在预防胃黏膜损伤、炎症性肠道疾病、糖尿病、心血管疾病方面的研究进展,旨在“新农科”“新医科”背景下实现“农医结合”,为农业和医学研究者进一步探究草莓的医学应用价值提供参考。Strawberry is recognized as a healthy fruit in the world. As a kind of food suitable for all ages,it’s not only rich in minerals, vitamins, dietary fiber and other nutrients, but also contains anthocyanins, flavonoids, ellagitannins and other bioactive substances. As a natural anti-inflammatory and antioxidant fruit,strawberry has a good potential for pharmaceutical development. To achieve the ’integration of agriculture and medicine’ under the background of ’new agriscience’ and ’new medicine’, this article reviews the research progress of strawberry in the prevention and intervention of gastric mucosal injury, inflammatory bowel disease, diabetes and cardiovascular disease, and provides reference for agricultural and medical researchers to further explore the application value of strawberry.
