摘 要:通过对飞扬草(Euphorbia hirta.)进行性状鉴定、显微鉴定以及薄层色谱鉴定。结果发现,飞扬草具有大戟属植物的基本特点,叶符合单叶对生结构,有锯齿,腋生杯状聚伞花序,有3条明显主叶脉,披绒毛,显微镜下观察到上表皮气孔不等式,下表皮气孔为不定式或不等式,叶横切面观察到下表皮细胞外壁凸起呈乳头状。粉末能够观察到散在的非腺毛,有2~6个细胞,顶部2个细胞特别长,基部细胞宽,可以看到红棕色分泌物,螺纹导管和梯纹导管。薄层色谱法发现供试品与标准品的荧光斑点重心在同一直线上,斑点清晰,颜色一致。该结论为更合理、安全使用飞扬草提供科学基础。This paper studies on the characters, microscopic and TLC identification of Euphorbia hirta. The results shown that Euphorbia hirta has the basic characteristics of Euphorbia. Its leaves conform to the opposite structure of a single leaf, have serrations, axillary cup-shaped cymes, and have three obvious main veins. Under the microscope, the stomatal inequality of the upper epidermis is observed, and the stomatal inequality of the lower epidermis is indefinite or unequal. The outer wall bulge of the lower epidermis cells is observed to be papillary in the cross section of the leaves. Scattered non-glandular hairs with 2 ~ 6 cells can be observed in the powder. The top 2 cells are particularly long, and the base cells are wide. Red-brown secretion, threaded catheter and ladder-shaped catheter can be seen. Thin-layer chromatography shown that the center of gravity of fluorescence spots of the test sample and the standard sample were on the same straight line, with clear spots and consistent colors. This conclusion provides a scientific basis for more rational and safe use of Euphorbia hirta..
