九型人格互评法的信度与效度研究

摘　　要：目的 使用九型人格互评法(SOET)作为大学生九型人格测试的方法 ,并研究其信效度。方法分析1 353名大学生使用SOET测试九型人格的结果,使用列联相关系数、方差分析、验证性因子分析(CFA)等统计学方法探索SOET的信度和效度。结果 SOET针对大学生的一致性信度为0.924,重测信度为0.930,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01);在卡氏16种性格因素测验(16PF)中的“稳定性、影响性、活泼性、交际性、情感性、独立性、适应与焦虑、内向与外向、感情用事与安详机警、心理健康因素、专业有成就者的个性因素和在新环境中有成长能力的个性因素”共12个因子上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),“忧虑性、紧张性”与“活泼性、交际性”2组共4个因子与九型人格中“人际关系”和“中心”维度具有对应关系。结论SOET针对大学生具有良好的信度和效度,可以用于大学生的九型人格探索。Objective To explore reliability and validity for Self-Others Enneagram Typing(SOET) Assessment. Methods A total of 1 353 college students were tested with SOET. Coefficient of contingency,variance analysis, confirmatory factor analysis were used to explore the reliability and validity of the SOET.Results The consistency reliability of SOET was 0.924, and the test-retest reliability was 0.930. There were statistically significant differences in 12 factors which were emotional stability, dominance, liveliness, social Boldness, sensitivity, self-reliance, adaptation and anxiety, introversion and extroversion, emotional and serene alert, mental health factors, personality factors of professional achievers, personality factors of growth ability in the new environment;"Apprehension, Tension" and "Liveliness, Social Boldness" were corresponded to the2 dimensions of SOET which were "Interpersonal Relationships" and "Centers". Conclusion SOET shows good reliability and validity, and can be used to explore the Enneagram Type of college students.
