摘 要:设置108个加固试件,对3种特种水泥基材料薄层的强度进行了现场检测。对不同厚度的薄层进行了拔出法测试和1∶1缩尺芯样抗压试验,并与同条件标准试块的抗压强度比较,得到了强度关系曲线和吻合度较高的回归方程。研究结果表明,薄层厚度对拔出试验结果影响不大。高性能复合砂浆和水泥基灌浆料缩尺芯样试验结果低于标准试块,且30 mm规格活性粉末混凝土缩尺芯样比50 mm的折减幅度更大。30 mm和50 mm规格活性粉末混凝土缩尺芯样的抗压强度均与标准试块差别不大。A total of 108 reinforcement specimens were set to test the strength of three special cement-based materials.The compressive strength of thin layers was measured by pull-out method with different thicknesses and compressive strength test of 1∶1 scale core samples.The strength relation curve and the regression equation with higher coincidence degree were obtained by comparing with the compressive strength of standard test blocks under the same condition.The result shows that the thickness of thin layer has little effect on the results of pull-out test.The compressive strength of high performance composite mortar and cement-based grouting material are lower than the standard test block, and the reduction of core strength with 30 mm is larger than that of 50 mm.The compressive strengths of 30 mm and 50 mm reactive powder concrete scale core samples have little difference from that of standard test blocks.
