摘　　要：目的:分析护理流程管理在血液透析室中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年6月江苏省东台市人民医院治疗的74例透析患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各37例。对照组未实施护理流程管理,观察组实施护理流程管理,比较两组护理质量、患者自护能力及不良事件发生率。结果:观察组各项护理质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组各项自护能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在血液透析室中实施护理流程管理,可提升护理质量,提高患者的自护能力,降低不良事件发生率,值得推广应用。Objective:To analyze the application effect of nursing process management in hemodialysis room.Methods:A total of 74 dialysis patients in People's Hospital of Dongtai City from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into observation group(nursing process management)and control group(no nursing process management),with 37 cases in each group.The nursing quality,patients'self-care ability and the incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing quality scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-care ability scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of nursing process management in hemodialysis room can improve nursing quality and patients'self-care ability,and reduce the incidence of adverse events,it deserves a promotion and application.
