中医辨识健康状态相关文献计量学分析

摘　　要：目的:以文献计量学方法对国内外有关中医辨识健康状态的相关文献进行系统梳理。方法:对万方数据知识服务平台、中国知网(CNKI)、维普网(VIP)、PubMed等中英文数据库进行文献检索,检索时间自建库起至2019年12月31日,并根据纳入和排除标准筛选文献、提取资料并进行分析。结果:最终纳入438篇文献,自2004年辽宁中医药大学陆秀兰提出潜前病态的概念后,众多学者围绕中医辨识健康状态开展相关研究。2009年中华中医药学会根据北京中医药大学王琦教授的《中医体质量表》确立《中医体质分类与判定》标准,2010年国家973计划“中医原创思维与健康状态辨识方法体系研究”项目启动,2015年国务院出台的《中医药健康服务发展规划》,均有效推动中医健康状态辨识相关研究的发展。结合中医辨识健康状态这一研究领域的核心作者群和关键词进行分析发现,王琦等创建的《中医体质量表》、王泓午等构建的精气神理论框架、李灿东等创立的“中医状态学”理论体系、牛欣教授等中医四诊合参辅助诊疗系统的研发和临床应用,均为健康辨识管理提供了新的思路和有益的探索,有效地推动了基于中医辨识进行健康管理的发展。结论:基于中医健康辨识进行健康管理,具有一定的理论基础和实际可操作性,有待进一步临床研究的开展和验证。Objective:To systematize the literatures about health status identification of TCM at home and abroad by Bibliometrics.Methods:The literature of Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,China Knowledge Network(CNKI),VIP and PubMed were searched.The search time is from the start year of the entry to December 31,2019.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,literature was screened,data were extracted and analyzed.Results:After analyzing the 438 articles that were eventually included,Since LU Xiulan of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine proposed the concept of pre-submarine pathology in 2004,many scholars have carried out relevant research on the identification of health status in traditional Chinese medicine.In 2009,the Chinese Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine established the standard of"Classification and Judgment of TCM Physique"according to professor WANG Qi of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,the project of"Research on the Original Thinking and Health Status Identification Method System of traditional Chinese Medicine"of the National 973 Program in 2010,and the"Development Plan for Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Services"issued by the State Council in 2015 have effectively promoted the development of research related to the identification of health status of traditional Chinese medicine.Combined with the comprehensive analysis of the core author groups and keywords in the field of TCM identification of health status,the results are as follows.The"TCM Body Quality Table"created by Professor WANG Qi,the theoretical framework of essence,Qi and spirit of TCM constructed by Professor WANG Hongwu,the theoretical system of"State of TCM"founded by Professor LI Candong,the development and clinical application of the assistant diagnosis and treatment system of TCM by Professor NIU Xin.They all provide a new idea and beneficial exploration for health identification management,effectively promote the development of TCM health management.Conclusion:Health management based on TC
