高瞻从“补托法”论治慢性非细菌性前列腺炎

摘　　要：高瞻主任医师基于慢性非细菌性前列腺炎临床诊治需求阐发“内痈”理论,提出“补托法”治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎,其中慢性非细菌性前列腺炎以气血亏虚、血瘀不通为主要病机,认为其发生骨盆区域疼痛不适等症状的主要机理为:在缓解期为“不荣则痛”,在急性期为“不通则痛”,在此基础上最终确立以“健脾益气、补托治本;活血通营、驱邪治标”的“补托”治法治则。基于“益气活血托毒”法组方的“益气活血托毒方”治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎疗效确切,本文对此理论进行简要分析。Based on the clinical needs of chronic non-bacterial prostatitis,Gao Zhan elucidated the theory of"internal carbuncle"and proposed the"Supporting and Replenishing Therapy"for the treatment of chronic non-bacterial prostatitis.Deficiency of qi and blood and blood stasis obstruction is the main pathogenesis of chronic non-bacterial prostatitis.The main mechanism of pelvic area pain and discomfort and other symptoms is as follows:Failure to nourish in remission and blockage in acute phase."Invigorate the spleen and invigorate qi,activating blood circulation”compose the Supporting and Replenishing Therapy.Yiqi Huoxue Tuodu Recipe in the treatment of chronic non-bacterial prostatitis is quite effective,which based on the therapy of"Yiqi Huoxue Tuodu".This paper makes a brief analysis of this theory.
