摘 要:【目的】为苹果砧木新品种Y-1的快速繁殖提供技术支持,为苹果优良砧木的规模化应用提供参考。【方法】采用单因素随机区组试验,以1年生Y-1绿枝为材料,设置IBA、IAA、NAA、根太阳、IBA+IAA、IBA+NAA、IAA+NAA不同浓度及配比处理插穗,进行扦插,在移栽生根苗时调查不同处理的插穗生根效果。【结果】单一使用IBA、IAA、NAA、根太阳处理插穗,生根率分别为18.00%~52.67%、6.00%~18.00%、0、17.33%~37.33%,不同种类、不同浓度间存在显著差异;不同生长调节剂混合使用对生根效果的影响不同,IBA+IAA、IBA+NAA、IAA+NAA组合处理插穗,生根率分别为28.00%~57.40%、21.33%~42.00%、3.33%~26.67%,不定根数量分别为2.33~4.39、2.31~3.67、1.50~2.92,至少3条不定根的插穗率分别为23.57%~71.67%、38.40%~52.63%、0~67.23%,不定根均长分别为5.68~8.38、6.50~9.54、7.69~9.93 cm,最长根长分别为8.44~13.33、10.41~13.24、7.75~13.14 cm。IBA+IAA组合的生根效果好于其余2个组合,各组合不同处理间存在显著差异。【结论】生长调节剂单一使用时,IBA较IAA、NAA、根太阳更适合作为Y-1绿枝扦插的生根剂;混合使用时,IBA+IAA组合较IBA+NAA、IAA+NAA的生根效果更好,以IBA 3500 mg/L+IAA 200 mg/L处理的生根率、不定根数量、至少3条不定根的插穗率显著高于其余处理,为最佳生根剂处理组合。【Objective】To provide technical support for the rapid propagation of new apple stock Y-1 and provide reference for the large-scale application of excellent apple stock.【Method】Taking 1-year-old Y-1 green branches as test material,a single factor random block experiment was conducted to investigate the rooting effects of different treatments with different concentrations and proportions of IBA,IAA,NAA,root sun,IBA+IAA,IBA+NAA and IAA+NAA.【Result】When IBA,IAA,NAA and root sun were used alone,the rooting rates were 18.00%-52.67%,6.00%-18.0%,0 and 17.33%-37.33%,respectively,and there were significant differences among different species and concentrations.Different auxin mixture had different effects.The rooting rates of IBA+IAA,IBA+NAA and IAA+NAA were 28.00%-57.40%,21.33%-42.00%and 3.33%-26.67%,respectively.The number of adventitious roots were 2.33-4.39,2.31-3.67 and 1.50-2.92,respectively.The cutting rate of adventitious roots greater than or equal to 3 were 23.57%-71.67%,38.40%-52.63%and 0-67.23%,and the average adventitious root length were 5.68-8.38,6.50-9.54 and 7.69-9.93 cm,respectively.The longest root lengths were 8.44-13.33,10.41-13.24 and 7.75-13.14 cm,respectively.The rooting effect of IBA+IAA was better than the other two combinations,and there were significant differences among different combination treatments.【Conclusion】When plant growth regulator was used alone,IBA was more suitable for Y-1 green cuttings than IAA,NAA and root sun;and the combination of IBA+IAA had better rooting effect than IBA+NAA and IAA+NAA.IBA 3500 mg/L+IAA 200 mg/L treatment had significantly higher rooting rate,adventitious roots number and cutting rate of adventitious roots greater than or equal to 3 than other treatments,which was the best combination of rooting agent in this experiment.
