摘  要:【目的】探究濒危果树野生欧洲李不同样地、不同树龄净光合速率变化规律及其与环境因子的关系,为野生欧洲李资源的保护开发及引种栽培提供理论依据和指导。【方法】以新疆伊犁新源县阿勒玛勒镇1、2、3号样地以及新疆乌鲁木齐新疆农业大学校园中4号样地的幼苗、幼树、成龄株野生欧洲李为试验材料,使用Li-6400XT便携式光合仪测定其光合生理指标及环境因子指标、分析其相关性,并做逐步回归分析和通径分析。【结果】野生欧洲李净光合速率日变化曲线为“双峰型”并存在明显的光合午休现象,且主要是由气孔限制性因素引起,1、3、4号样地不同树龄的野生欧洲李P_(n)日均值从大到小排列为幼树>成龄株>幼苗,2号样地树龄与P_(n)日均值成正比。气孔导度日变化曲线与净光合速率相似;蒸腾速率日变化曲线多为“倒N型”,水分利用率与蒸腾速率日变化曲线相反;胞间CO_(2)浓度日变化曲线多为“U型”,气孔限制值与胞间CO_(2)浓度日变化曲线相反。通过多元线性回归分析,得出各生理生态因子与野生欧洲李P_(n)的线性回归方程Y=-2.826+57.363X_(4)+0.027X_(8)-0.014X_(2)-0.003X_(9)(R^(2)=0.904,复相关系数R=0.951,标准估计误差S=1.263 F=178.796 P<0.05),通过通径分析发现影响野生欧洲李P_(n)变化的主要因子是G_(s)(X_(4))、C_(i)(X_(8))、C_(a)(X_(2))、PAR(X_(9)),各主要因子影响的直接效应顺序为G_(s)>C_(i)>C_(a)>PAR,总效应顺序为G_(s)>C_(i)>C_(a)>PAR。【结论】野生欧洲李移栽地P_(n)与树龄呈负相关关系,与生理因子G_(s)正相关,与C_(i)负相关,与环境因子C_(a)、PAR正相关。【Objective】In order to study the diurnal change of net photosynthetic rate and it’s relationship with environmental factors of Prunus dometica L.in different lands and ages to provide theoretical basis and guidance for protection,development and introduction of P.dometica L.resources.【Method】P.dometica L.seedlings,saplings and mature plants from No.1,No.2 and No.3 plots in Alemal town,Xinyuan county,Yili,Xinjiang,and No.4 plots in the campus of Xinjiang Agricultural University,Urumqi,Xinjiang were used as experimental materials.The photosynthetic physiological indexes and environmental factors were measured by Li-6400 XT portable photosynthesis instrument,and the correlation was analyzed.Stepwise regression analysis and path analysis were performed.【Result】The diurnal variation curve of net photosynthetic rate of P.dometica L.was‘bimodal’and there was obvious photosynthetic midday depression phenomenon,which was mainly caused by stomatal limitation factors.The daily average of P_(n) of P.dometica L.at different tree ages in sample 1,3 and 4 was arranged as saplings>adult strains>seedlings,and the tree age of sample 2 was proportional to the daily average of P_(n).The diurnal variation curve of stomatal conductance was similar to that of net photosynthetic rate;the diurnal variation curve of transpiration rate was mostly‘inverted N’type,and the water use efficiency was opposite to the diurnal variation curve of transpiration rate.The diurnal variation curve of intercellular CO_(2) concentration was mostly‘U-shaped’,and the stomatal limitation value was opposite to the diurnal variation curve of intercellular CO_(2) concentration.Through multiple linear regression analysis,the linear regression equation between physiological and ecological factors and P_(n) of P.dometica L.was Y=-2.826+57.363X_(4)+0.027X_(8)-0.014X_(2)-0.003X_(9)(R^(2)=0.904,R=0.951,S=1.263,F=178.796,P<0.05).Path analysis showed that G_(s)(X_(4)),C_(i)(X_(8)),C_(a)(X_(2))and PAR(X_(9))were the main factors affecting the P_
