贝莱斯芽孢杆菌对烟草白粉病的毒力与防效及对烟草的安全性评价

摘　　要：为探讨微生物杀菌剂贝莱斯芽孢杆菌对烟草白粉病的防治作用。采用盆栽法测定贝莱斯芽孢杆菌对烟草白粉病菌的室内毒力,通过田间药效试验测定贝莱斯芽孢杆菌对烟草白粉病的防治效果,并采用盆栽法测定贝莱斯芽孢杆菌对3种烟草植株的安全性。贝莱斯芽孢杆菌对烟草白粉病菌的EC值为0.322亿孢子/mL,室内活性较强;两地贝莱斯芽孢杆菌防治烟草白粉病施药2次药后14d防效为65.08%~77.45%,与对照药剂相比防效更好;200亿孢子/g贝莱斯芽孢杆菌可溶粒剂3000、6000、12000g/hm对3种烟草生长抑制率均无显著性差异,对烟草有5.20%~9.25%的促进生长作用,对烟草安全。贝莱斯芽孢杆菌对烟草白粉病有较好的室内活性与田间防治效果,且对烟草植株相对安全。To study the control effect of microbial fungicide Bacillus velezensis against tobacco powdery mildew in field,the toxicity activity of Bacillus velezensis against Erysiphe cichoracearum was determined by pot method in the laboratory;the control efficacy was investigated in field;and the safety evaluation was made on the three tobacco varieties by pot method.Under indoor condition,a high activity was found with the ECvalue of 0.322×10~2 million CFU/mL and the control efficacy in the two fields of 65.08%~77.45%14 d after the 2treatment,which was much better than that of the control group.No significant difference was observed on the growth inhibition rate of the three tobacco varieties when spraying 200×10~2 million CFU/g Bacillus velezensis SG at the dosage of 3000,6000 and 12000 g/hm~2,and the growth promoting effect of 5.20%~9.25%was achieved on tobacco.The product was shown to be safe to tobacco.Bacillus velezensis presented good toxicity activity and control effect against tobacco powdery mildew,as well as significant safety to tobacco.
