摘　　要：目的构建科学的军事护理敏感质量指标体系,提高为军服务质量和护理卫勤保障能力。方法通过文献查询、问卷调查、焦点小组会议初拟军事护理敏感质量指标,运用德尔菲法确定军事护理敏感质量指标体系。结果建立了包括为军服务、卫勤服务和卫勤行动3个维度、17项指标的军事护理敏感质量指标体系;专家积极系数均为100%,权威系数为0.900,3轮专家协调系数为0.125~0.249,指标变异系数为0.00~0.16。结论通过德尔菲法确立的军事护理敏感质量指标体系具有科学性、实用性,体现了军队护理职能和特色,对促进军队护理质量建设具有较好的指导意义。Objective To construct a scientific military nursing sensitive quality indicators system so as to improve the quality of military service and the abilities of nursing and health support.Methods The preliminary draft of military nursing sensitive quality indicators was established on the basis of literature researching,questionnaire survey and focus group meeting.Delphi method was used to determine the military nursing sensitive quality indicator system.Results A military nursing sensitive quality indicators system was established,including 3 dimensions(military service,medical service and medical actions)and 17 indicators.The positive coefficients of experts were 100%,the authority coefficient was 0.900,the coordination coefficient of experts in three rounds was 0.125-0.249,and the index variation coefficient was 0.00-0.16.Conclusions The military nursing sensitive quality indicator system are scientific and practical,which is helpful to improve the military nursing quality.
