摘　　要：课程思政与专业思政有机结合是高校思想政治工作创新发展的实践探索,对于落实立德树人根本任务、构建高质量人才培养体系和开展全员全过程育人具有重要的现实意义。二者本质的联系在于育人目标的一致性、育人内容的系统性和育人功能的耦合性。通过以专业思政为引领,以课程思政为抓手,以全员全过程全方位为导向实现育人的协同效应,能够增强育人的系统性和全面性。The organic combination of curriculum ideological and political education and professional ideological and political education is the practical exploration of the innovative development of ideological and political work in colleges and universities. It has important practical significance for realizing the fundamental task of moral education, building the high-quality talent training system and developing the whole process of educating people. The essential connection between the two lies in the consistency of educational goals, the systematicness of educational content and the coupling of educational function. By taking professional ideological and political education as the guide, taking curriculum ideological and political education as the starting point, and taking the whole process of the whole staff as the all-round orientation, the synergistic effect of educating people can be realized, and the systematicness and comprehensiveness of educating people can be enhanced.
