摘  要:在我国社会市场经济健康发展的背景下,心理健康水平已经成为社会衡量并评价人才的重要标准之一。心理健康水平不仅关系到学生的生活学习及成才,还关系到我国人才培养的整体质量,影响着我国社会主义现代化建设的成效。因此,深入探究和摸索大学生心理健康教育模式,具有鲜明的社会意义和现实价值。结合大学生心理健康教育模式的要求、目标、内容、评估和组织,提出教育模式构建的思路,以期为我国大学生的身心健康发展奠定坚实的基础。In the context of the healthy development of China’s social market economy, psychological health has become one of the important standards for the society to measure and evaluate talents. The level of psychological health is not only related to students’ life, learning and success, but also related to the overall quality of talent training in China, affecting the effectiveness of China’s socialist modernization. Therefore, in-depth exploration and exploration of psychological health education model for college students has distinct social significance and practical value. In this regard, this paper combines the requirements, objectives, contents, evaluation and organization of psychological health education model for college students, and proposes the idea of constructing education model, so as to lay a solid foundation for the development of physical and mental health for college students in China.
