摘  要:针对全球卫星导航系统(GNSS)观测网网型设计和作业计划制定中,需要及时了解各观测点上可见卫星分布情况的现实需求,提出基于国际GNSS服务(IGS)发布的精密星历绘制地面上任意地点某一时刻的GNSS卫星云图的方法,论述了利用拉格朗日插值法内插精密星历任意时刻卫星坐标的优缺点,并基于C#语言开发了一套绘制卫星云图的程序。实验结果显示,该程序可以正确计算出卫星位置并快速实现卫星云图的可视化绘制,较好地满足了GNSS观测网设计中对可见卫星分布情况了解的需求。In order to timely know the distribution of visible satellites at any given observation point in the network design and observation plans making of Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS)observation network,this paper proposes a method of drawing GNSS sky plot at any place at a specific epoch based on the precise ephemeris published by International GNSS Service(IGS),discusses the advantages and disadvantages of using Lagrange interpolation to interpolate satellite position at any given epoch by precise ephemeris,and finally implements a set of program to draw sky plot by using C#language.The experimental results show that the program can correctly calculate the satellite position and quickly realize the visualization of drawing of sky plot,which can well meet the needs of understanding the distribution of visible satellites in the design of GNSS observation network.
