摘 要:探讨环锭纺细纱机气圈控制技术。阐述了环锭纺气圈控制技术现状及气圈控制技术对纺纱过程要素的影响,结合早期小直径气圈控制环构想和最新多波节气圈控制高速纺纱模型,分析了几种气圈控制技术的机理,提出了具有实际应用意义的开合式小直径气圈控制纺纱技术方案,并在其优势效应的基础上展望了发展方向。认为:在应用小直径气圈控制环的同时配套减轻钢丝圈质量的工艺条件下,可降低环锭纺断头,实现提速增产。Balloon control technology of ring spinning frame was discussed.Balloon control technology status of ring spinning and influence of balloon control technology on spinning process elements were explained.Combining early idea of balloon controller with small diameter and latest multi node balloon control high speed spinning model,mechanisms of several kinds of balloon control technology were analyzed.Opening&closing type balloon ring with small diameter control technology,which had practical application was put forward.Development direction was outlooked based on its advantage effects.It is considered that broken end during ring spinning can be reduced and production speed can be increased under process of applying balloon control ring with small diameter together matching with traveller ring.
