摘 要:研究集聚导流装置对成纱质量的影响。针对集聚负压与集聚纱质量和纺纱能耗的相关性,通过数值模拟和纺纱试验测试,对普通集聚装置和集聚导流装置的集聚效果进行了分析。结果表明:出口负压越大,集聚区气流速度越大;相同集聚负压下,集聚导流装置增大了集聚槽Y轴方向的气流速度,加大了对纤维须条的横向集聚。集聚负压为1000 Pa的集聚导流纱毛羽比集聚负压为2000 Pa的普通集聚纱低,断裂强力和条干CV则相差不大。认为:集聚导流装置能在较低能耗下保证所纺制集聚纱的品质。Influence of condensed guiding device on yarn quality was studied.Aimed at the correlation between condensed negative pressure with condensed yarn quality and spinning energy consumption,by numerical simulation and spinning test on condensed effects of common condensed device and condensed guiding device were analyzed.Test results showed that the airflow velocity in condensed area was larger when exit negative pressure was larger.Under same condensed negative pressure,airflow velocity in Y axis direction of condensed groove was increased by condensed guiding device,horizontal condenses of fiber sliver was increased.Hairiness of condensed guided yarn under 1000 Pa condensed negative pressure was less than that of common condensed yarn under 2000 Pa condensed negative pressure.The breaking strength and yarn evenness CV were not much difference.It is considered that yarn quality with condensed spinning can be ensured with lower energy consumption with condensed guiding device.
