摘 要:探讨精梳机顶梳的梳理效能。介绍了顶梳的梳理作用和辅助棉卷自洁作用,以及新型精梳顶梳的类型。通过试验分析了顶梳梳理对精梳落棉率、短绒和棉结排除率的影响,以及顶梳齿密对成纱质量的影响。试验结果证明:在前进给棉工艺中,顶梳精梳落棉率占比竟高达62.7%~64.1%;在后退给棉工艺中,顶梳落棉率占比为28.6%~29.2%。顶梳的短绒排除率达14%,顶梳的棉结排除率达32.5%,与锡林的棉结排除率几乎相当。认为:优化选择顶梳型号、齿密度,正确调整顶梳隔距及配套工艺隔距,强化顶梳清洁和保养工作是充分发挥顶梳梳理效能的有效措施。Combing efficiency of comber top comb was discussed.Carding function and auxiliary lap self-cleaning function of top comb and new comber top comb were introduced.Effect of top comb carding on combing waste percentage,short fiber and neps removal rate,effect of top comb tooth density on yarn quality were analyzed through experiments.The test results showed that in forward feeding process,top comb waste percentage was reached 62.7%~64.1%.In backward feeding process,top comb waste percentage was reached 28.6%~29.2%.The waste percentage of top comb was reached 14%and the neps removal rate of top comb was reached 32.5%,which was almost the same with the cylinder.It is considered that optimizing selection of top comb type and tooth density,correct adjustment of top comb spacing and matching process spacing,strengthening cleaning and maintenance of top comb are effective measures to give full play combing efficiency of top comb.
