摘 要:探讨柠檬酸/聚马来酸复配无醛多元羧酸抗皱整理苎麻织物的工艺。采用不同质量浓度柠檬酸、聚马来酸、聚乙二醇、次亚磷酸钠对苎麻织物进行整理,测试了不同工艺整理所得苎麻织物的折皱回复角、强伸性能、悬垂性、透气性、透湿性及白度。结果表明:当复配剂柠檬酸、聚马来酸质量浓度分别为70 g/L和210 g/L、聚乙二醇40 g/L、SHP 80 g/L时,整理效果相较于柠檬酸、聚马来酸单独整理有较大提升,接近价格昂贵的丁烷四羧酸的整理效果。认为:柠檬酸、聚马来酸混合多元羧酸整理效果接近丁烷四羧酸,且成本略低,实际中可根据需要选择整理方案。Anti-wrinkle finishing process of ramie fabric by citric acid/polymaleic acid compounded with aldehyde-free polycarboxylic acid was discussed.Ramie fabric was finished by different mass concentrations of citric acid,polymaleic acid,polyethylene glycol and sodium hypophosphite.Wrinkle recovery angle,tensile strength,drape,air permeability,moisture permeability and whiteness of ramie fabric finished by different processes were tested.The results showed that when the mass concentrations of compound citric acid and polymaleic acid were 70 g/L and 210 g/L,polyethylene glycol were 40 g/L and SHP were 80 g/L,the finishing effect was greatly improved compared with separate finishing of acid and polymaleic acid,which was close to finishing effect of expensive butanetetracarboxylic acid.It is considered that finishing effect of citric acid and polymaleic acid mixed polycarboxylic acid is close to that of butane tetracarboxylic acid,the cost is slightly lower.In practice,finishing scheme can be selected according to needs.
