莱赛尔面料的舒适性评价分析

摘　　要：研究莱赛尔面料的舒适性能。测试了棉、涤纶、莱赛尔3种单面纬平针织物的瞬时接触冷暖感、接触摩擦感、水分管理性能、保温性等舒适性关键参数,分析了莱赛尔面料应用于儿童贴身服装的优势。结果表明:莱赛尔面料瞬态最大热流量大,接触冷感指标突出;各向动态摩擦因数较低,具有良好滑爽的表面特性;莱赛尔面料吸水性、保温性能优异,导湿能力较低,干燥速率较慢。认为:莱赛尔面料应用于儿童贴身服装在接触舒适性和热湿舒适性方面具有较好优势。Comfort properties of Lyocell fabric were studied.The key comfort parameters of cotton,polyester and Lyocell three single-jersey weft plain knitted fabrics were tested,such as instantaneous contact cold and warm feeling,contact friction,moisture management property and thermal insulation.Application advantage of Lyocell fabric in children's intimate clothing was analyzed.The results showed that transient maximum heat flow of Lyocell fabric was the largest and contact cold index was more prominent.Dynamic friction coefficient of Lyocell fabric in each direction was lower and the surface characteristics were smoother.Water absorption and thermal insulation of Lyocell fabric were excellent,moisture conductivity was lower and drying rate was slower.It is considered that the application of Lyocell fabric in children's personal clothing has more advantages in contact comfort and thermal&moisture comfort.
