摘 要:探讨湿法纺丝再生蚕丝蛋白纤维的制备及在医学领域的应用现状。分析了再生蚕丝蛋白纤维的湿法纺丝工艺如脱胶、溶解、工艺参数和改性等对其性能的影响,论述了近些年来再生蚕丝蛋白纤维的力学性能及其在医学领域的研究应用现状,并指出目前存在的问题。最后对再生蚕丝蛋白纤维的未来发展进行了展望。认为:再生蚕丝蛋白纤维仍有很大的提升空间,可以开发出更多功能性和满足个性化医疗的新型生物医用材料。Preparation of wet spinning regenerated silk protein fiber and its application status in the medical field were discussed.Influence of regenerated silk protein fiber wet spinning process on its property was analyzed,such as degumming,dissolution,process parameter and modification.Mechanical property of regenerated silk protein fiber and its research application status in medical field in recent years were discussed,some current problems were pointed out.Finally,the future development of regenerated silk protein fiber was prospected.It is considered that there is still a large room for improvement in regenerated silk protein fiber,new biomedical materials with more functionality and personalized medicine can be developed.
