摘　　要：2022年2月24日,俄罗斯对乌克兰展开军事行动,俄乌冲突全面爆发,该事件对世界的政治、经济、金融、军事、贸易、产业链供给链、能源供需格局等都产生了较大的影响。俄罗斯能源矿产非常丰富,是世界重要的能源生产国和出口国,也是“一带一路”倡议能源合作的重要节点。多年来,中国和俄罗斯在油气领域进行多方面的深度合作,俄乌冲突在一定程度上也会影响中俄油气合作的方式。本文主要通过分析俄乌能源供应形势,探究此次冲突对世界能源供需格局产生的重要影响。通过分析中俄合作现状和合作前景,提出启示及政策建议:一是优化海外能源投资方向;二是持续加大国内油气勘探开发力度;三是进一步加强我国同俄罗斯在油气上游领域的合作。On February 24,2022,Russia launched military operations against Ukraine,and the conflict between Russia and Ukraine broke out in an all-round way.This event had a great impact on the world’s politics,economy,finance,military,trade,industrial chain supply chain,energy supply and demand pattern,etc.Russia is rich in energy and minerals,it is an important energy producer and exporter in the world,and it is also an important node of energy cooperation under the“Belt and Road”initiative.Over the years,China and Russia have carried out in-depth cooperation in oil and gas,and the conflict between Russia and Ukraine will also affect the way of oil and gas cooperation between China and Russia to a certain extent.This paper mainly analyzes the energy supply situation of Russia and Ukraine,and explores the important impact on the world energy supply and demand pattern.By analyzing the current situation and prospects of China-Russia cooperation,the main enlightenment and policy suggestions are put forward,including to optimize the direction of overseas energy investment,to continue to increase domestic oil&gas exploration and development,to enter the upstream field of oil&gas in Russia.
