云南省伴生放射性矿开发利用企业现状调研及辐射环境管理问题探讨

摘　　要：近年来,国家颁布了一系列伴生放射性矿开发利用企业辐射环境管理的政策、技术规范文件。为落实国家的相关政策和要求,做好伴生放射性矿开发利用企业的辐射环境管理工作,本文通过实地调研云南省第一批伴生放射性矿开发利用企业,具体了解企业伴生放射性物料和固体废物的环境保护管理现状情况,分析现阶段伴生放射性矿开发利用企业辐射环境管理工作中存在的问题,并结合国家相关政策、技术规范和要求的研究,就如何进一步推动做好伴生放射性矿开发利用企业的辐射环境管理工作,分别从企业方面、政策和监督管理方面进行了思考和分析,提出了相应的意见和建议。伴生放射性矿开发利用企业的现状情况较为复杂,要推动落实辐射环境管理的相关要求,需要进行大量的宣传工作、教育工作和培训工作等,同时从政策方面也需要进一步研究、完善。In recent years,the state has promulgated a series of policies and technical standard documents for the radiation environmental management of enterprises of mining and utilizing other radioactive ore.In order to implement the relevant policies and requirements of the state and do a good job of radiation environmental management of enterprises of mining and utilizing other radioactive ore,through investigating the first batch of enterprises of mining and utilizing other radioactive ore in Yunnan Province,find out the current situation of environmental protection and management of other radioactive materials and solid waste in enterprises,and analyze the problems existing in the current radiation environmental management of enterprises of mining and utilizing other radioactive ore.Through studying of the relevant policies and technical specifications,this paper discusses how to promote the radiation environmental management of enterprises of mining and utilizing other radioactive ore,and puts forward some views and recommendations respectively from the enterprise and the policy,supervision management aspects.The current situation of enterprises of mining and utilizing other radioactive ore is more complex.In order to implement the relevant requirements of radiation environmental management,a great deal of publicity and education,training work needs to be done.The relevant policies also need to be further studied and improved.
