摘  要:近年来随着西瓜种植面积的增大,西瓜枯萎病大面积发生,该病已成为限制西瓜产业发展的主要因素之一,因此研究一种有效的防治方法降低该病害的发生非常重要。生防菌是从拮抗病原菌和诱导植物抗性的角度防治病害的一种方法。从西瓜枯萎病生防菌的获得、鉴定、生物防效,存在的问题及展望作简要综述,旨在为西瓜枯萎病生防菌的开发利用提供一定的参考。In recent years,watermelon Fusarium wilt has occurred in a large area with the increase of watermelon planting area,and this disease has become one of the main factors restricting the development of watermelon industry.Therefore,it is very important to develop an effective control method to reduce the occurrence of this disease.Biocontrol bacteria is a method to control diseases from the perspective of antagonizing pathogenic bacteria and inducing plant resistance.The acquisition,identification,biological control effect,existing problems and prospects of biocontrol bacteria of watermelon Fusarium wilt were briefly reviewed in this paper,aiming to provide some reference for the development and utilization of biocontrol bacteria of watermelon Fusarium wilt.
