弹性理念视角下工业遗产保护更新策略--以重庆特钢厂为例

摘　　要：工业遗产是城市中不可或缺的一部分,承载着工业时代的文化与技术遗存,并以其独特的工业建筑、结构、景观形成城市中无法替代的特色要素,具有非常重要的历史、文化、经济与社会价值。但是长期以来,人们对保护工业遗产重视不够,并且随着城市化步伐的加快,工业遗产逐渐被新功能、新技术、新工艺所替代而逐渐消失,这种新旧之间的矛盾也日渐尖锐。因此,针对工业遗产的现状问题,引入弹性理念,以弹性视角下的基础设施、功能、社会、生态为出发点,应用于重庆特钢厂遗址的保护工作,为其他工业遗产保护提供借鉴,以探求一种适宜的工业遗产保护更新策略。Industrial heritage is an indispensable part of the city,carrying the cultural and technological heritage of the industrial age,and with its unique industrial buildings,structures and landscapes to form irreplaceable characteristic elements of the city,it has very important historical,cultural,economic and social value.However,for a long time,people have rarely recognized and protected industrial heritage,and with the acceleration of urbanization,industrial heritage has gradually disappeared by new functions,new technologies,and new processes,and the contradiction between the old and the new has gradually become sharper.Therefore,this paper will introduce the concept of resilience to the current situation of industrial heritage,and apply it to the protection of the site of Chongqing Special Steel Mill from the perspective of elasticity,and provide reference for other industrial heritage,so as to explore a most suitable strategy for the protection and renewal of industrial heritage.
