摘 要:新元矿针对3号煤层煤巷掘进抽采方式效率较低,工程量较大,消突治理周期长的难题,开展了地面直井大液量水砂压裂和气相压裂增透技术的试验研究与应用,以地面直井大液量水砂压裂为主,结合井下气相压裂增透技术进行瓦斯治理,形成了适合该矿突出煤层井上、下立体防突技术体系,消除了突出区域煤层的突出危险性,最终实现高效生产的目的。In Xinyuan Coal Mine, aiming at the problems of low efficiency, large engineering quantity and long outburst elimination period in the coal roadway driving and extraction method of No.3 coal seam, the experimental research and application of large liquid water sand fracturing and gas phase fracturing antireflection technology in the ground vertical well were carried out. The gas control was carried out mainly by the large liquid water sand fracturing in the ground vertical well and combined with the gas phase fracturing antireflection technology in the underground. The three-dimensional outburst prevention technology system suitable for the outburst coal seam in the mine was formed, and the outburst danger of the coal seam in the outburst area was eliminated, and the purpose of efficient production was finally realized.
