摘 要:以桦甸油页岩灰为原料,采用NaOH碱熔水热合成法制备NaX型沸石,考察了熔融温度、灰碱比、固液比、水热温度和晶化时间对合成沸石结晶度的影响,确定了沸石的合成工艺,并采用氮气吸附脱附法对合成的沸石进行了表征。结果表明:该方法可合成单一类型NaX型沸石,合成条件为熔融温度500℃、灰碱比1∶1.5 g/g、固液比1∶4 g/m L、水热温度80℃、晶化时间12 h。合成沸石的比表面积高达355.79 m^(2)/g,约为原料页岩灰的281倍。沸石主要含有微孔和中孔结构,平均孔径为3.60 nm,孔体积为0.21 cm^(3)/g。The Na X zeolite was synthesized by Huadian oil shale ash using sodium hydroxide alkaline fusion hydrothermal method. The effects of fusion temperature, ash to Na OH ratio, solid to liquid ratio, hydrothermal temperature and crystallization time on the crystallinity of synthesized zeolites were investigated. In addition, the synthesis process of Na X zeolite was determined, and the synthesized zeolite was characterized by nitrogen adsorption and desorption. The results show that the zeolite synthesized by this method is only the Na X zeolite. The synthesis conditions are fusion temperature of500 ℃, ash to Na OH ratio of 1 ∶1.5 g/g, solid to liquid ratio of 1 ∶4 g/m L, hydrothermal temperature of 80 ℃ and crystallization time of 12 h. The specific surface area of the zeolite is up to 355.79 m^(2)/g, about 281 times greater than that of raw shale ash. The pore structure of the Na X zeolite is mainly micropore and mesopore, with the average pore size of 3.60nm and the pore volume of 0.21 cm^(3)/g.
