预应力钢棒在桥台侧墙加固中的应用

摘  要:通过对侧墙现状进行调查采用midas/fea建立三维空间实体模型对桥台侧墙进行受力仿真分析,计算结构表明:在水平冻胀力及车道荷载作用下,侧墙底部与基础交界处产生应力集中现象,最大拉应力达到1.85MPa,超过了结构容许应力,侧墙底部与基础交界处发生开裂,侧墙外倾加剧,由此得出水平冻胀力为侧墙病害的主要原因,在明确侧墙病害原因基础上提出了桥台侧墙加固方案,采用预应力钢棒对锚法对桥台侧墙进行加固,详细阐述了预应力钢棒设计及施工流程。通过后续监控量测验证所采用的加固设计方案可行,加固效果良好,为桥台侧墙的加固设计及施工提供了参考。The stress simulation analysis on the abutment side wall is carried out by investigating the current situation of the side wall and utilizing Midas/Fea to establish the three-dimensional spatial solid model. The calculation structure shows that: under the action of horizontal frost heaving force and lane load,the stress concentration occurs at the junction between the side wall bottom and the foundation,and the maximum tensile stress can reach 1. 85MPa,which exceeds the allowable stress of the structure. The junction between the side wall bottom and the foundation cracks,and the outer tilt of the side wall intensifies. Therefore,it is concluded that the horizontal frost heaving force is the main cause of the side wall disease,on the basis of clarifying the causes of side wall disease,the reinforcement scheme of abutment side wall is put forward,and the prestressed steel bar anchoring method is used to reinforce the abutment side wall. The design and construction process of prestressed steel bar are elaborated in detail. Through the follow-up monitoring and measurement, it is verified that the adopted reinforcement design scheme is feasible and the reinforcement effect is good,which can provide reference for the reinforcement design and construction of abutment side wall.
