摘 要:为解决皮带运输机轻载模式运行效率不高、能源浪费严重的问题,设计了基于粒子群优化(PSO)算法与反向传播(BP)神经网络的皮带运输机轻载模式运行效率最优方案。分析了皮带运输机工作原理以及损耗原理,设计了PSO-BP神经网络算法,动态搜索最优磁通,使得皮带输送机机头/机尾电动机的最小输入有功功率全局最优,铜损、铁损最低。设计了以TMS320LF2407A DSP芯片为核心皮带运输机矢量变频调速方案,实现PSO-BP优化算法功能,完成了该方案的硬件、软件设计。设计了皮带运输机轻载运行效率优化试验,分析了运输机负载启动、负载突变时电机电磁转矩、转子磁通、输入功率以及转速变化曲线。试验结果表明,皮带运输机轻载时,该方案能够提升皮带运输机运行效率,快速寻优,优化电机效率,保证皮带运输机的高效、稳定运行。To solve the problem of inefficient operation of belt conveyor in light load mode and serious energy wastage, the optimal scheme of belt conveyor operation efficiency in light load mode based on the combination of particle swarm optimization(PSO) algorithm and back propagation(BP) neural network is designed. The working principle of the belt conveyor and the loss principle are analyzed, and the PSO-BP optimization algorithm is designed to dynamically search for the optimal flux, so that the minimum input active power of the head/tail motor of the belt conveyor is globally optimal and the copper and iron losses are the lowest. The belt conveyor vector frequency conversion speed control scheme with the TMS320LF2407A DSP chip as the core is designed to realize the PSO-BP optimization algorithm. The hardware and software design of the scheme is completed. The optimization test of belt conveyor light load operation efficiency is designed, and the change curves of motor electromagnetic torque, rotor flux, input power and speed data are analyzed when the conveyor is started, and the load changed suddenly. The test results show that the scheme can improve the belt conveyor operating efficiency when the belt conveyor is lightly loaded, and quickly find the best solution to optimize the motor efficiency and ensure the efficient and stable operation of the belt conveyor.
