摘 要:一等金属量器与被检金属量器按容量比较法检定的过程中,很多环节受到人为干预。为了在金属量器检定过程中提高工作效率、减少人工对标准器读数的干扰、提高准确度,设计了以一等标准金属量器作为主标准器检定二等、三等金属量器的自动控制装置。通过计量颈微调阀门的溢流结构装置的设计和三通阀齿轮减速传动结构的改进,根据新型金属量器结构,设计了一套完整的控制系统。该系统实现了恒温水箱的注水、标准量器自动控制液位及验证、被检金属量器注水检定等自动化控制功能。多项试验结果表明:新型金属量器结构及控制系统符合准确度的要求,大幅度提高了检定效率,减少了人为因素影响,一定程度上提高了金属量器的准确度和重复性。该研究为金属量器溯源提供了一种高效的方法,为金属量器的计量开辟了一种新的思路,整体提高了容量计量的自动化程度和测量水平。In the process of calibration of first-class metal gauges and inspected metal gauges by capacity comparison method, many aspects are subject to human intervention. In order to improve the efficiency, reduce the interference of human intervention in the reading of the standard and improve the accuracy in the process of metal gauge verification, the automatic control device for the verification of second-class and third-class metal gauges with the first-class standard metal gauges as the main standard is designed. Through the design of the overflow structure device of the fine adjustment valve of the metering neck and the improvement of the gear reduction drive structure of the three-way valve, a complete control system is designed at the same time according to the new metal gauge structure. The system realizes the automatic control functions such as water filling of constant temperature tank, automatic control of liquid level and verification of standard gauge, and water filling and verification of metal gauge under inspection. Through a number of test results show that: the new metal gauge structure and control system meet the requirements of accuracy, significantly improve the calibration efficiency, reduce the impact of human factors, improve the accuracy and repeatability of the metal gauge to a certain extent.The research provids an efficient method for metal gauge traceability, opens up a new way of thinking of metal gauge measurement, and overall improves the automation of capacity measurement and the overall improvement of automation and measurement level of capacity measurement.
