摘 要:核电厂数字化分布式控制系统(DCS)软件组态逻辑功能在工厂测试与现场调试阶段存在重复验证、设计变更频繁等问题。对核电典型系统逻辑组态工厂测试与现场调试功能验证方法进行了对比分析,研究了华龙一号核电设计、制造、调试技术文件体系的现状。在遵守核安全导则《HAD 102/16核动力厂基于计算机的安全重要系统软件》和保证核岛系统控制功能组态逻辑验证完整性的前提下,提出了工厂测试与现场调试阶段的核电DCS组态的逻辑功能总体验证策略,优化了两个阶段在系统设计与组态功能正确性交叉验证中的重复内容。核电DCS组态逻辑功能总体验证技术的应用,能够有效提升系统测控功能的正确性,提高现场试验一次成功率,减少重复验证,缩短核电建造工期。The problems of repeated verification and frequent design changes in the factory test and field commissioning stages of the digital distributed control system(DCS) software configuration logic functions of nuclear power plants. The comparative analysis of the verification methods of the factory test and field commissioning functions of the typical system logic configuration of nuclear power is conducted, and the status of the technical documentation system of HPR 1000 nuclear power design, manufacturing and commissioning is studied. On the premise of complying with the nuclear safety guideline “HAD 102/16 Computer-based Safety Critical System Software for Nuclear Power Plants” and ensuring the integrity of the logic verification of the control function configuration of the nuclear island system, the overall logic function verification strategy of the nuclear power DCS configuration in the factory test and field commissioning stages is proposed, and the duplicated contents in the cross-validation of system design and configuration function correctness in both stages are optimized. It optimizes the duplicate content in the cross-validation of system design and configuration function in both phases. The application of the overall verification technology of nuclear DCS configuration logic function can effectively improve the correctness of the system measurement and control function, increase the success rate of the field test, reduce the repeated verification, and shorten the construction period of nuclear power.
