摘  要:为探讨训练消退(TE)和自然消退(NE)对吗啡(MOP)成瘾小鼠的前额叶(PFC)脑电(EEG)功率谱的影响及纳洛酮(NLX)的调控作用,将昆明小鼠以剂量递增方式给药(MOP:10、15、20、25和30 mg/kg)或生理盐水(SAL),训练10 d,建立条件位置偏爱(CPP)模型。消退5 d后,采集PFC-EEG,并注射NLX(5 mg/kg)。结果发现:小鼠MOP-CPP模型建成后,经5 d消退,MOP-TE组CPP分数降至基线和SAL组水平,但其EEG总功率下降(P<0.05);MOP-NE组CPP分数仍然较高,其总功率却与SAL组相似(P>0.05)。NLX注射后,MOP-TE组功率提高较快,其θ、α、β、γ_(1)频段功率也有类似表现。结果提示,PFC-EEG功率谱是PFC参与阿片类药物成瘾消退的重要电生理指标,而NLX在其中有一定改善作用。To investigate the effects of training extinction(TE)and natural extinction(NE)on the EEG power spectrum of the prefrontal cortex(PFC)of mice with morphine(MOP)addiction and the regulation of naloxone(NLX),KM mice were given increasing doses of MOP(10,15,20,25,30 mg/kg)or saline(SAL)for 10 d,and the conditioned position preference(CPP)model was established.After 5 d extinction,the PFC-EEG signal was recorded with NLX(5 mg/kg)treatment.Results showed that,after 5 d TE treatment,the CPP score in the MOP-TE group decreased to the level as its baseline or the SAL group,with the total EEG power decreased(P<0.05).The CPP score was still higher in MOP-NE group,with the total power similar to that in SAL group(P>0.05).After NLX injection,the power of MOP-TE group increased rapidly,and the power ofθ,α,βandγ1 bands also showed similar performance.The results suggested that the PFC-EEG power spectrum would be an important electrophysiological index on involvement of the PFC in extinction of opioid drug addiction,and in which,the NLX would have a certain improvement effect.
