摘  要:我国新型电力系统规划下,新型清洁发电机组装机容量不断增加,其随机性、间歇性和不稳定性的发电特点使得燃煤发电需要承担电网的调峰重任。在未来相当长的一段时间里,燃煤发电仍将是我国的主要发电方式,为进一步减少煤炭消耗且实现城市污泥的快速减容,燃煤电厂污泥掺烧得到了快速发展和重点关注。基于以上两点,对新型电力系统规划下燃煤电厂深度调峰与污泥掺烧的发展进行综述,研究发现:深度调峰是新型电力系统规划下燃煤电厂的重要发展方向,我国已投产燃煤锅炉机组的原设计均未考虑长期处于深度调峰工况下运行,因此燃煤锅炉深度调峰改造困难较大,应通过数值模拟与工程试验相结合的方法对锅炉机组开展灵活性改造;燃煤电厂污泥掺烧可以实现污泥减容及提升发电经济性,也是新型电力系统规划下燃煤电厂的重要发展方向,燃煤锅炉掺烧质量分数不大于10%的污泥不会干扰锅炉机组的正常运行,且对锅炉机组整体NO排放具有抑制作用。Under the planning of China’s new power system, the installed capacity of the new clean generator unit is increasing. The power generation characteristics such as randomness, intermittent and unstability make coal-fired thermal power generation need to undertake the heavy task of peak regulation of the power grid. For a long time in the future, coal-fired power generation will still be the main power generation mode in China. In order to further reduce coal consumption and realize rapid volume reduction of increasing urban sludge, blending combustion of sludge in the coal-fired power plants has been developed rapidly and paid more attention. Based on the above two points, this paper summarizes the development of deep peak shaving of coal-fired power plants and sludge blending combustion under the new power system planning. The research shows that deep peak shaving of the boiler unit is an important way for the development of coal-fired power plant under the planning of new power system.The original design of boiler units in coal-fired power plants in China does not consider long-term operation under the deep peak shaving condition, so it is difficult to transform coal-fired boilers to adapt to deep peak shaving. It is suggested to develop flexible transformation of boiler units by means of the combination of numerical simulation and engineering test. The blending combustion of sludge of the coal-fired power plant can reduce sludge capacities and improve the economy of power generation, which is also an important development direction of the coal-fired power plant under the planning of new power system. It will not disturb the normal operation of the boiler unit by mixed burning of sludge with the mass concentration of 10% and the less, and it can suppress overall NOemission of the unit.
