摘  要:在“双碳”目标下,燃煤机组必须配合非化石能源机组进行深度调峰,在此过程中存在热电解耦难、汽轮机末级叶片水蚀、锅炉稳燃性差、选择性还原脱硝入口烟温低、直流炉水动力特性差、锅炉积灰、协调控制品质差等问题。综合当前既有研究与运行实践经验,认为:切除低压缸运行与电热锅炉技术可实现不同程度的解耦,燃烧器改造可从本质上提升锅炉稳定性,零号高压加热器技术可有效提高脱硝入口烟温,提高末级叶片材质可防止水蚀,零号高压加热器、高位燃烧器、烟气再循环等措施有助于改善水动力特性差问题,增加声波吹灰器可有效消除烟道积灰,系统逻辑优化可提高协调控制品质。此外,深度调峰期间仍需对其他问题进行研究,例如锅炉氧化皮脱落、锅炉6大风机安全裕量小、高低压加热器疏水逐级自流等,以提升燃煤机组深度调峰的灵活性,保证机组的安全、经济运行。Under the double carbon goals,the coal-fired units must dispatch peak loads to ensure the operation of non-fossil energy units.In this process,there are some prominent problems,such as difficult thermoelectric decoupling,poor combustion stability of boilers,low smoke temperature at denitration inlet,poor hydrodynamic characteristics of once-through boilers,ash deposit,water erosion in the end blade of steam turbine,low coordinated control quality,and so on.Based on the existing research and operation experiences,this paper considers through analysis that it is able to achieve different degrees of decoupling by cutting low-pressure cylinder operation and electric boiler technology,improve boiler stability in essence through burner modification,improve the denitration inlet smoke temperature by using No.0 high-pressure heater technology,prevent water erosion by improving the material quality of end blade,improve the poor hydrodynamic characteristics by adopting the measures of No.0 high-pressure heater,high heater and flue gas recirculation,and so on.In addition,it is able to effectively effectively eliminate soot accumulation in the flue by adding acoustic soot blower and improve the quality of coordination control through logic optimization of the system.While there are some other problems needs to be studied,such as oxide layer exfoliation,small safety margin of six boiler fans and high and low pressure heater drain self-flow.
