摘 要:为了简化光学仪器设计,提高测量精度,提出了一种应用多波长传感器检测水中污染物的方法,设计了基于可见光多波长光谱传感器仪器装置,该测量装置使用色温5700 K LED作为光源,利用多波长光谱传感器采集溶液光强度并通过USB端口传输到计算机进行数据处理。分别构建了单元和多元回归模型探究物质浓度与吸光度的关系,并用于水中氨氮、硫化物、溶解氧、亚硝氮和铁浓度的测量,将测量结果与传统可见分光光度计测定结果通过独立样本t检验(P>0.05),证明该方法与标准检测方法无显著差异,可应用于水中其他物质含量的检测。In order to simplify the design of optical instruments and improve the measurement accuracy,a method for applying a multi-wavelength sensor to detect contaminants in water is proposed.A measurement device based on visible light multi-wavelength spectral sensor was designed.The measurement device used color temperature 5700 K LED as the light source,and the multi-wavelength spectral sensor was used to collect the solution light intensity and transfer it to a computer for data processing via USB port.The unitary and multiple regression models were constructed to investigate the relationship between substance concentration and absorbance,respectively,and used for the measurement of ammonia nitrogen,sulfide,dissolved oxygen,nitrite nitrogen and iron concentration in water.The results are compared with those of conventional visible spectrophotometer by independent sample t-test(P>0.05),which proves that the method was not significantly different from the standard detection method and can be applied to the determination of other substances in water.
