摘 要:为解决综合试验阶段,战术武器火工品供电回路和工作时序测试存在的自动化水平低和通用性差等问题,设计了一种分布式火工品等效器。该等效器由3种分布式通用等效子节点、通信转换模块和测试计算机组成,可在上位机设置相关参数,然后通过具有灵活传输速率的CAN总线(CAN-FD)发送至等效子节点,实现对火工品供电回路电压、电流和脉宽等参数的自动测试。为验证有效性,搭建了分布式火工品等效平台,进行了不同模式和不同型号的测试。工程测试结果表明,在13路火工品回路测试条件下,相比人工测量,该分布式火工品等效器的测试效率可提升5倍,满足多个型号的实际需求,可为战术武器火工品供电回路通用自动化测试提供有益借鉴。In order to solve the problems of low level of automation and poor generalization in the power supply path and work sequence test of tactical weapon explosive devices in the comprehensive test stage,a distributed explosive equivalent device has been designed.The equivalent device is composed of 3 kinds of distributed universal equivalent sub-nodes,communication conversion module and test computer.The relevant parameters can be set on the upper computer,and then sent to the equivalent sub-nodes through CAN with Flexible Data rate(CAN-FD)to realize automatic testing of parameter such as voltage,electricity flow and pulse width.To verify the effectiveness,a distributed pyrotechnic equivalent platform was built,and tests of different models and weapons have been carried out.The engineering test results show that under the condition of 13-way pyrotechnic loop test,the test efficiency of the distributed pyrotechnic equivalent can be improved by 5 times compared with manual measurement,which meets the actual needs of multiple models.It can provide a useful reference for the general automatic test of the power supply circuit of tactical weapon explosive devices.
