摘 要:在天然水和废水中,磷几乎可以各种磷酸盐的形式存在,分为正磷酸盐、缩合磷酸盐和有机磷。磷是生物生长必须的元素之一,但如果水体中磷的含量过高,可导致藻类过度繁殖,引起水体富营养化。因此,磷是评价水质的重要指标之一,所以快速、准确、经济、安全地测定总磷是非常重要也是必要的。目前我国总磷监测的主要方法是钼酸铵分光光度法,该方法操作过程简单、反应过程稳定、易掌握。本文对过硫酸钾—钼酸铵分光光度法测定水中总磷的影响因素进行了研究。In natural water and wastewater, phosphorus exists almost in the form of various phosphates, which are divided into orthophosphate, condensed phosphate and organic phosphorus.Phosphorus is one of the essential elements for biological growth, but the high content of phosphorus in water can lead to excessive reproduction of algae and eutrophication of water.Therefore, phosphorus is one of the important indicators to evaluate water qualitym,so determine total phosphorus quickly, accurately, economically and safely is very important and necessary.At present, the main method of total phosphorus monitoring in China is ammonium molybdate spectrophotometry, which is simple, stable and easy to master.The factors affecting the determination of total phosphorus in water by potassium persulfate ammonium molybdate.
