关于建设项目竣工环境保护企业自主验收的思考

摘　　要：随着国家“放管服”改革制度的实施,自2017年11月20日起,我国建设项目竣工环境保护验收施行以建设单位为主体的自主验收制度。该制度实施以来,确实给企业实施项目建设提供了便利,但同时也存在一些的问题。本文主要指出目前竣工项目环保自主验收存在的问题,并提出相应的建议,以便于管理部门进一步提供更好的监管服务。With the implementation of the national “release, management and service” reform system, since November 20, 2017,China’s construction project completion environmental protection acceptance has implemented the independent acceptance system with the construction unit as the main body. Since the implementation of the system, it has indeed provided convenience for enterprises to implement project construction, but there are also some problems. This paper mainly points out the problems existing in the independent acceptance of environmental protection of completed projects, and puts forward corresponding suggestions, so as to further provide better supervision services for the management department.
