摘　　要：采用二水法湿法磷酸工艺对阿联酋某中品位磷矿制磷酸进行评价研究,通过单因素实验得到最适宜的生产控制条件,即液相SO3质量浓度25~30 g/L、磷酸w(P2O5) 26%~27%、停留时间4 h、反应温度75~80℃,料浆液固质量比2.5。磷矿制磷酸系统在最适宜工艺参数控制下连续运行24 h,磷石膏滤饼采用二级逆流洗涤,磷矿转化率可达到98%,磷回收率可达到96.6%,料浆的过滤强度约为11.6 t/(m2·d)。An evaluation study on the phosphoric acid preparation from a medium-grade phosphate rock in the United Arab Emirates is carried out by using the dihydrate wet-process phosphoric acid process.The most suitable production control conditions are obtained through single factor experiment,the mass concentration of liquid SO3is 25-30 g/L,w(P2O5) of phosphoric acid is 26%-27%,the residence time is 4 hours,the reaction temperature is 75-80 ℃,the mass ratio of liquid to solid is 2.5.The phosphoric acid preparation system is operated continuously for 24 hours under the control of the most suitable process parameters,the phosphogypsum filter cake is washed by two-stage countercurrent,the conversion rate of phosphate rock can reach 98%,the phosphorus recovery rate can reach 96.6%,and the filtration strength of slurry is about 11.6 t/(m2·d).
