摘  要:采用磷精矿浆脱除湿法稀磷酸含有的游离硫酸。研究在一定温度下磷精矿浆用量、反应时间和静置时间对稀磷酸脱硫及磷铵产品养分的影响。结果表明:磷精矿浆与稀磷酸按n(CaO)/n(SO42-)为1反应30 min,反应后静置15 min时,稀磷酸中硫酸根离子脱除效果较好,磷铵产品总养分质量分数提高2.3个百分点。脱除原料湿法磷酸中硫,可降低磷酸生产成本,提高优等品磷铵产量。The free sulfuric acid is removed from wet-process phosphoric acid with phosphate concentrate pulp.The effects of the amount of phosphate concentrate pulp,reaction time and standing time on the desulphurization of dilute phosphoric acid at a certain temperature are studied to improve the nutrient content of ammonium phosphate products.The results show that the removal effect of sulfate ion in dilute phosphoric acid is better when the mole ratio of CaO and SO42-is 1,the reaction time is 30 min and the standing time is 15 min,the nutrient of product is increased by 2.3 percentage points.The production cost of phosphoric acid is reduced and the yield of superior ammonium phosphate is increased by removing sulfur from wet-process phosphoric acid.
