摘　　要：采用焦磷酸哌嗪、三聚氰胺焦磷酸盐与2,2-双羟甲基-1,3-丙二醇等按照一定比例复配制备新型磷氮系阻燃剂,将其分别添加到热塑性硫化橡胶、聚氯乙烯中制备阻燃材料,分别从极限氧指数、垂直水平燃烧与锥形量热参数等方面综合评价材料的阻燃性能。结果表明,添加磷氮阻燃剂后,材料燃烧缓慢,燃烧等级能达到V-0级,具有明显的阻燃效果。The phosphorus and nitrogen flame retardants are prepared by compounding piperazine pyrophosphate,melamine pyrophosphate and 2,2-bishydroxymethyl-1,3-propanediol in a certain proportion.The phosphorus and nitrogen flame retardants are added to TPV and PVC to prepare flame retardant materials.The limiting oxygen index,vertical horizontal combustion and cone calorimeter parameters of the materials are tested to comprehensively evaluate the flame retardant properties of the materials.The results show that after adding phosphorus and nitrogen flame retardant,the combustion of the material is slow,and the combustion grade can reach V-0 grade,which has obvious flame retardant effect.
